Hi, it's lovely to meet you! I have been teaching English for over thirty years, since 1992, when I worked as an Assistant English teacher in Kumamoto, Japan. I have worked with many nationalities and taught many different types of English including Business English, Exam English (IELTS, TOEFL, 11 and 13 plus and Common English) and Academic English, and my students have ranged from young children to university students and Premiership footballers.
I currently work as an Academic Language and Communication Tutor at London College of Fashion, and every summer I teach a three month pre-sessional course for mainly Chinese students at the University of the Arts, London. I am also a published short fiction writer with a genuine passion for writing and creativity.
I am a gentle, warm and encouraging tutor with many years of IELTS teaching experience, who will really try and help you achieve your IELTS goals. I look forward very much to working with you.
